a leading
supplier

equipment

manufacture
semiconductors
today
announced
that
the
underwritten
public
offering
of
7.5
million
shares
of
its
common
stock,
including
3.75
million
newly
issued
shares
being
sold
by
the
Company
and
3.75
million
outstanding
shares
being
sold
by
STEAG
Electronic
Systems
AG,
has
been
priced
at
$11.50
per
share.
This
will
result
in
net
proceeds
to
the
Company
of
approximately
$40
million.
The
underwriters
of
the
offering
have
a 30-day
option
to
purchase
an
additional
562,500
shares
of
common
stock
from
the
Company
and
562,500
shares
of
common
stock
from
STEAG
to
cover
any
over-allotments.
All
of
the
shares
of
common
stock
are
being
offered
by
the
company
and
STEAG
pursuant
to
an
effective
registration
statement
previously
filed
with
the
Securities
and
Exchange
